: Speaking as a story teller, I would be happier if there were never another Indiana Jones movie. Sequels have away of failing to meet our own (overblown) expectations. Not only that, it gives more creative freedom to those who choose to chronicle the rest of Indiana Jones' life. And believe me...there are more adventures to be told than could ever be recorded in movies that take years to film, edit and release. Indiana Jones has the potential to become a hero of the printed page. All he needs is for his viewers to become his readers, and for those readers to not tolerate mediocrity.
