ICQ is a message system like an AOL instant message. It is way better though. You can talk to anyone no matter what internet service they have. People that have Netscape can talk to aol people, it's a very wide range. I recommend you get it. It's very fun and helpful. It is waaaaaaaay better than those IM things on aol. An icq # is your registration #, so other people can add you to their list, and the two people can talk. Hope this helped.
