Um, no. I din't notice this at all. The Trade Federation guys did not sound or dress like Japanese people and the Gungans did not sound Rastafarian. I think it's just everyone racially sensitive imagination. While we're on the topic, how come all the Imperialists sounded British in the original trilogy? Why are Tusken Raiders racist against Ethiopians? These allegations make about as much since aa yours.
