R.L. Stine Indiana Jones Novels

I recently got back from a comic store that had a whole shelf of Indiana Jones novels. ALL of them together. That's the first time that I've seen that. Well anyways, as well as the Adult Book series by MacGregor, Caiden and McCoy, they had several R.L. Stine Indy novels. I didn't buy them but I was curious if any of you guys have read them. Are they junk? They sure don't look good. Somehow, I do not like the Idea of reading an Indiana Jones book by the author of Goosebumps and Fear Street. He churns out crap all the time. Are these books crap as well?
