Location Shooting for Raiders

I saw in the Raiders credits that the film was shot in Hawaii, Tunisia, and France (besides the soundstage work in England). Which scenes were filmed in France? Where in France?

Also does anyone know where the waterfall near the cave of the fertility idol really is?
