: : What exactly _is_ the little greeting Henry and Marcus give each other in the tank in LC? Is it the greeting of a club or something? Is it a little in-joke between them? Someone please help!

: : "Our situation has not improved."

: : Arky

: I may be wrong, but I've always believed that Henry and Marcus went to Princeton (or perhaps even Oxford, trained by Miss Helen Seymore, "Tutor Supreme") together and it was some kind of fraternity saying. Although, thinking back now, I don't believe that it was Oxford. I say this because in the Africa 1909 episode of "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles", Henry greeted Mr. Mendlicot with the same greeting, yet Miss Seymore didn't seem to know who he was.

: Hope this helps,

: "Fortune and Glory, Kid. Fortune and Glory."

I don't know what it is either, but I always thought it was some kind of schoolboy thing. Your theory sounds like it's close to the mark to me.

Cheers,
Abner
