: Ok, another unavoidable Star Wars reference...
: When the Star Wars movies were withdrawn, "available for the last time ever..", etc.., it was intended that those versions would never be available and that the Special Edition versions would be the definitive print.
: Is it just possible this could be the same reason for withdrawal of the Indy movies? They can't not issue them only on DVD when it happens so therefore why delete the video tape versions?
: Any thoughts anyone?

I missed something. Are the Indy videos being put on moratorium? (sp?) If so, the only reason I could think of would be because they're planning some sort of rerelease. Right now, all the Bond titles are on moratorium until MGM/UA releases a new repackaged set this fall to coincide with "The World Is Not Enough."
