As I've stated before, the Edmonton Journal has stated all of Lucas' upcoming projects. They are as follows:

2000: Jurrasic Park 3 (who cares)
2001: Indiana Jones and the Lost Continent (YAY!)
2002: Star Wars: Episode II (Yay! But we know that already!)
2005: Star Wars: Episode III (same for EpII)

See, there you go, and The Edmonton Journal is an EXTREMELY reliable source.
