Noel Howard Strap

Howdy all. I'm getting ready to order a strap for my bag and was wondering if anyone can tell me how the Noel Howard strap attaches. Does it come with snaps, or am I going to have to find a rivoter (sp?) somewhere? Thanks in advance...
