Hey, glad the tape made it too you. I've always wondered why the Raiders March wasn't used myself (it was of course in "Young Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Blues", during the segments featuring Harrison Ford). Especially because the Tank music from Last Crusade, entitled "Belly of the Steel Beast", was used during the segments featuring the train in "Young Indiana Jones and the Phantom Train of Doom". I can't imagine why they'd use that and not the theme of the character.
