It's probably not as reliable, but if you were to purchase the "Last Crusade" adventure game on 3.5" disks from Lucasfilm Games a few years back, it included a paperback replica of Henry's diary, filled with interesting info and clues for solving the game... the infamous map included. The only problem is, the sketch Henry was working on at the beginning of the movie ("May he who illuminated this illuminate me") is nowhere to be found inside. Aside from that it's not bad and a pretty good read.
