indy's bad reputation

Is it just me or does it seem like the only thing people think about Indy is that damn bolder? I mean that was not the whole movie. people treat him like a variation of tarzan or somthing. I was watchig a cartoon when i was little and they were making fun of Indy. Indy was squating up in a tree and said, "Im Indiana Jones and you are invading my territory." I was discussted. Does Indy go around peeing on trees and rocks all the time? He is always shown swinging from vines like tarzan. People show him being stuck in South America 1936 forever. To any ignorent people: INDY DOES NOT WEAR A COWBOY HAT!
