Hi Meg, check out http://www.mark-allen.com Mark's Company is a well-known and recommended supplier of western arts goods including a large selection of bullwhips and accessories, as well as a very good copy of David Morgan's the Indiana Jones bullwhip. They are very high quality whips, and the prices are a little more affordable than from David Morgan. $350.00 compared to $495.00 for a 10ft, 12 plait kangaroo hide whip.

If that's still out of the price range you want to spend, Then I might suggests visiting the Bullwhip FAQ at http://www.bullwhip.org for a list of whip makers that might be able to provide you with a replica at an even better price. Keep in mind though, that most high quality, professional, kangaroo hide whips will be somewhat costly, so you probably can expect to pay from around $250.00 and up for one.
