Meg asked yesterday about our dream getaway adventure destinations and there were some cool suggestions. I'd like to hear how many of us have actually been to any of the places mentioned; Africa, Egypt, Israel, etc. and maybe a little about your adventure there.

I've been to Israel twice on trips with my church when I was nineteen and twenty-one. At the archeological site at Masada I set an unofficial church record by running down the snake path that goes from the top to the bottom. It winds about a quarter mile down a cliff and one wrong step means falling to your death. I made it in eight minutes in 110 degree heat.
