I had the opposit problem... I was only able to hear the music, but no voice or sound effects.

Go to:

http://www.lucasarts.com/support/default_patches.htm

and click on the INDIANA JONES AND THE FATE OF ATLANTIS choice.

Then click and download the fatecd.exe file. Then unzip that and follow the Readme file's instructions.
