The staples thing is just a joke. In the Making of... video, he is seen using a stapler, but it has no staples in it.

: He didn't do the truck scene, well of souls scene with the statue falling in Raiders but he did the boulder scene.
: It isn't Harrison when Indy cuts and hangs on the bridge in Temple of Doom.
: And in the Last Crusade he didn't do the stunt where we see Indy jumping from the hose on the German Tank.
