Some of the discrepencies are due to editing, in which much film is eliminated, or re-sorted, to improve (at least in the view of the editor) the flow of the film. It's hard to argue with success. I guess they did a good job.

But,

: 7. During the barfight in Nepal does Indy change guns? It looks like he starts the fight with a revolver and then he's using a semi-automatic.

Indy starts out with a revolver. He empties it. He apparently carries a back-up pistol. He then empties it a least once, because the slide stays open after the last round is fired. Both the revolver and the semi-automatic use the same ammo, so it would be logical to carry these two particular models, if you wanted a revolver and a semi-auto. He later uses the revolver to shoot the swordsman, and on the Bantu Wind, he is shown with the semi-auto. In the two other movies he has only a revolver. It seems to be his weapon of preference.
