Indy and Young Indy videos - this just in!

Paramount Home Video is rereleasing the Indiana Jones trilogy to video on October 26. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the films will be digitally remastered and letterboxed for VHS tape. No mention is made of LD, but the trade does report that the film will not be released on DVD, and, as expected, there are no plans to do so in the near future.

In addition, as part of Paramount’s "Complete Adventures of Indiana Jones" promotion, they’ll also release 12 of the feature length Young Indiana Jones TV movies. The trade reports that George Lucas has recorded new introductions for all 12 of the TV tapes which will include interviews with Sean Patrick Flanery as well.
