Pernilla August on Young Indy

In the latest Star Wars Insider (#44), it does a profile on Pernilla August (Shmi Skywalker) and talks about her and the other movies she has done including 2 Young Indy episodes. Here is a quote of what she said about Young Indy:

"Actually, I don't remember very much of those roles. Once I was a German woman, another time an Italian one. Accepting the parts was more or less a way of keeping the family together. Our first daughter was not even one years old".

This leaving me to wonder why do actors who work on Young Indy don't remember much of what they were doing in the series. Anthony Daniels told me he didn't know which episode he played a part in. When I asked him what he played, he had to think about it and he said he thinks he was a French scientist or something. Why don't they remember what they did? Post your thoughts on this here.
