I don't see an exterior breast pocket on the jacket. The bottom pockets may be a little large though, and the pic doesn't show a whole lot of detail. It's also way too expensive.

: : : I actually talked to Peter Botwright about this a few months ago. Apparently, In making the second movie, jackets left over from Radiers were used by the stuntmen. Peter did make some new jackets worn by Harrison but during the production some extra jackets were needed. Instead of going to Peter the production had a company in France make copies of the jacket for them. It must be these jackets you are seeing which are different. I have to take off my hat though, to someone who can spot these differences!
