While there are plenty of novelty whips available at a very low cost, none that I have ever seen really resembles the style of whip your looking for. Most of them are so bad, they are not even worth buying. Seeing that your only looking for a prop bullwhip and not one that you're actually going to be using, what you might try doing is contacting one of the many online whip makers. Explain to them what you are looking for and your price range. There are enough of them in both the U.S. and Australia that will do custom work, so you might just get lucky and find one that would be willing to make you a reasonable looking copy of Indy's whip designed for a limited budget. It could at least be worth a try. In all honesty, though it is tough on a tight budget you really are better off going with quality, than price. Hope this helps.
