Someone from this forum pointed me to it a few weeks ago so many of you may have already read it. The article says that Lucas provided the barebones of the story and Lucas, Spielberg and Lawrence Kasdan then locked themselves in a room and hammered out the rest. Spielberg gives Kasdan most of the credit for creating Indy's tale; such as naming all the characters except Indy. Read it. It's interesting.
