Personally I would get a Temple and send it to the hat shop that does the work for Stark and Lugum. I'd tell them to get the taper out and reshape it , taking out the broad pinch and putting the appropiate pinch back in along with the dimples and bash. I really liked the dimensional cut that is standard on this model. Mine was 2 3/8 x 2 5/8 inches. The other two hats I don't know about, although I was under the impression that one of them was nothing but a Nostalgia shaped into a fedora. My temple also had a 1 3/4 inch grosgrain ribbon. The 1 3/8 inch ribbon is available and I'd go with this one. Or you can see how Michaelson got the taper out of his. I think he actually did this himself. Hope this helps. Steve
