below the space you write a message to post
there is a box that says "Image URL"
put the picture's URL there and you're done.

For example, when you see the first page of this site
(http://www.indyfan.com/)
there is a big Indyfan.com logo.
This picture's URL is http://www.indyfan.com/indyfan.gif
Well, I put this in the "Image URL" box and voila!
