I ordered a jacket from Peter about a year and a half ago. I ordered a 42, but he sent me a 44, which as too big. He gladly exchanged my jacket for a 42 -- he explained that the reason for his originally sending the larger size is that he usually upgrades American sizes by two inches because English sizes tend to be closer fitting. Personally, I prefer the English fit.
