Made by Bailey, a company around since 1922. 10% fur and 90% wool. Its called fur lite. Its soft and smooth like fur and it even has the appearence of fur, yet it is rugged and durable like crushable wool. Dark brown ribbon (not shiny yippy!:-D Centerdent, two inch gap between the two dents in the front. The real hat had a pinch, mine dosnt. :-(
