I wondered about that as i read it, and thought at the time that McCoy might be foretelling Indy's eventual visit to the Grail. In a way, it would sort of set things up nicely...As it stands in the movie, Indy gets no benefit at all from drinking from the Grail. If he were unnaturally aged prior to that, then he would be rejuvenated. However, it does seem like McCoy resolves the matter by the end of the story so that idea is nothing but an aimless wandering on my part.
