Well, it was established long ago that "Indy IV" will be set sometime later, so that Ford would still be able to play Indy (and also because Spielberg doesn't want Indy fighting Nazi's again), so I see no problem with Ford. He still can handle an action movie ("Air Force One" or even "Six Days, Seven Nights").

As for Lucas replacing Harrison Ford with a "CGI Indy", don't count on it. For one thing, despite all the complaining some people have done about George Lucas using computers too much (which I don't really agree with), he has said in interviews that he will never take the step of replacing humans with digital stars, basically because it would just be "copying" instead of coming up with something original.
