I purchased my copy at a book store here in Canada called Chapters.
They ALWAYS have a copy in. Try www.chapters.ca - not only should they be able to get a copy for you, but you can scoop it for really cheap because it's a Canadian based site.
Let me know if they can't get it for you - maybe I could try and get it for you if not.
