does anyone have any idea how Wested Leather and Peter Botwright stand legally in making reproduction indy jackets? has he had any contact with Lucasfilm after the actual film production?

don't get me wrong I'm not out to critisise his operation as I've ordered a jacket from him myself and applaude his willingness to make them available to the public. maybe Toht at lucasfilm licensing is having a good day and is content to leave him alone!!! :O)
