Yes,this is one of the things that has always bothered me about this jacket.However,I'm still having trouble seeing exactly how the ToD straps were assembled.I have the wide screen laserdisc,and there are a couple of times where you can clearly see that the straps are much shorter and don't reach the handwarmer slits of the pockets.Kinda like the ones on my Disney.
