:Pry the broken half off with a screwdriver(hold the vodka), then take the bag to a shoe repair shop that has the tool to set snaps with and have new brass snaps installed. If the snaps are British style(they were produced with both British and American styles)you need to have both halves replaced. It's not a big job. Regards, Forrestall
