: Everything I've come across says it is hung on the gun belt. For Raiders it is fixed, while for ToD and LC it is a movable loop.

Thanks for the info. Do you know how it is fixed to the gun belt?
That is, does the whip holder snap onto the belt, is it sewn on
the belt, or is it fastened by some sort of clip?
