The film gross results you are looking at appear to be ranked by adding the Domestic (U.S.) and the Overseas grosses together and ranking them by worldwide results. In that respect, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade did better than Raiders because it's overseas gross was much higher than Raiders. Even though Raiders did better in the U.S., it faltered overseas. Why, I couldn't tell you. Domestically, Raiders is, I believe, the 15th highest, dropping from 14 because of Star Wars Ep. 1.
