: I've been lucky enough to have the Indy movies in widescreen for quite a few years now(on laserdisc). So when you all get your widescreen versions, look closely for stuff you haven't been able to see on pan n scan. Like in ToD, when Indy is taking the Sankara stones. After he tips his hat to the statue snake and starts to walk away, the snake turns ever so slightly toward the screen. There's plenty of other cool stuff too, like the trees on either side of Indy when the Raiders title comes up, The "unsquished" ToD title, and the entire dance sequence after. When I got my LD's, I had been watching them in pan n scan so long(Hey, I've got Raiders on Beta!)that I forgot how much more things there are to see. Now, I hope you guys can wait 'till October and I haven't made it any harder for you, hehe.

Hi:
I've had them in wide screen for years on LD too - everyone is in for a treat in October. Take the reaction shots between Henry and Indy in `Last Crusade' or the subtle crowd shots in the bar in the Malhalal (sp?) bar in `Raiders.' I too had watched them in pan and scam for years, and never noticed the gun being passed to someone on the right hand side of the screen during Indy and Belloq's conversation. I hadn't seen that since the theatre. So, hold on to your hats Indyfans, you don't know what you're missing!
Cheers,
Sean
