Sounds a bit suss to me. I mean, there is only one official Star Wars site and this hasn't come from them. I certainly don't see why Natalie Portman should be doing the rounds on this, do celebraties really help compile lists of web sites for companies?

I reckon this is a scam just to get their site promoted by putting their banners on lots of sites, the bit about this being an official Star Wars thing is complete rubbish.
