Thanks for getting back to me so soon. I remember awhile ago seeing the auction pics and descriptions from Butterfield & Butterfield. It said the jacket size was between 38 and 40. I thought that sounded pretty small, but I guess they were right. (I'm 5'8" and also wear a 42) Thanks again for all the info!
