Peter measures from the shoulder tip to the cuff, not the way a dress shirt is measured. The end result is the same (theoretically), in that he combines your shoulder to shoulder measurement as well. I tried to give hime the detail of the base of the neck to shoulder tip, then shoulder tip to cuff, and he said not to bother - just shoulder width and shoulder tip to cuff.
