After a second look I must admit your WinAmp skin is much much better.
Two questions:
1. Why in the readme.txt file you say made for WA 2.21? I have WA 2.5c and your skin still works fine
2. In the readme.txt file you say "Copy "garfield01.zip" to your \winamp\skins\ directory"
I could not find this garfield01.zip. I used IndyLC.zip in its place and everything worked fine!
