I know Harrison Ford will nearly be a senior citizen by the time they film Indy IV but as long as he can handle the physical part does it really matter how old he is. Indy looks older than his age anyway because of the hard way he's lived his life. Even if they set Indy IV as early as 1945 I don't think Ford's age would be a problem. They couldn't just start off where "Last Crusade" ended and expect us to accept the difference in Indy's appearence but a 5-6 year gap would be fine since Harrison Ford doesn't look all that old anyway. If we didn't have his age broadcast to us every time there's talk of Indy IV I don't think we'd really notice.
