Spielberg was involved in the "Back To The Future" Trilogy, but he didn't direct them (Robert Zemeckis did). All the movies Spielberg has directed since "Jaws" have had the music done by John Williams, so I'd say he'll do the music for "Indy IV".

If he can't for some reason, though, I'd also prefer the idea where they'd use different pieces of music from the other three rather than have someone else do the score (I've always felt that the music for "Superman II" could have been done the same way, which would have fixed my only problem with that otherwise superior sequel).
