He indicated that they are "spewing the same story," so I assume they've answered at least one of his emails. After that it's like trying to get blood from a stone. How many ways can you say the same thing? As for the four week shipping, go to www.usps.gov and use the international rate calculator. Make like you're sending a parcel to Japan, Parcel Post - Surface mail takes... wait for it... 4-6 weeks. Please let's be calm, rational, and patient about this situation.
