Personally, I think "TOD" is the odd one out if you wanted to pick one that seems oddly different. No Nazis, no Sallah, no Marcus Brody, Indy bever seen at the University and no scenes in the desert.

Also, what do you mean the "Raiders March" (Indy's theme music) isn't in the movie? Its in it plenty of times (most notably as they all ride off into the sunset at the end but its heard in lots of other places too. It even has a brief rendition the Ark's theme music)!
