Ummm, I'm confused about "Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine"

I always keep on hearing of a "September 9, 1999" release date for
this game, but is it really coming out tomorrow? I also have heard
about a November release date, but that was only once. And also on
Indy3d.net, they say "9 more days until release". Those are all
conflicting! I would really like to know when it's coming out!
