I was reading the Mail on Sunday (Brit publication) and in the section where they have movie news was this small bit on Indy IV:

Harrison Ford is said to be 'determined' to film the fourth instalment of the Indiana Jones series in 2002. Among those being considered to play his love interest are Catherine Zeta Jones, Angelina Jolie and Gina Gershon.
