It's a beautiful idea, but I don't know if there are enough years left in Harrison Ford, George Lucas, or Steven Spielberg to devote the amount of time and energy necessary to do a new trilogy of Indy films, considering the individual plans of these three also.

And I, for one, would not really like to see anyone other than Spielberg direct or Ford star.

Indiana Jones IV is likely going to be Indy's last. I don't really want to see a Bond treatment of Indy material. Indy should be set within that specific span of years which frame his lifetime, unlike Bond, or Batman even, who always seem to be heroes of the present no matter if they are presented in the 50s or in the 90s.
