I had seen that bullwhip on E-bay as well. While it looks like it could be a David Morgan whip, the photo is not clear enough to make out the little details, plus the handle section is not in the picture. With out further examination it's hard to tell for certain. The whip does have a white hide fall and that would be consistent with the early David Morgan whips, but that could have been added later. Personally, I would say let the buyer beware on this one.
