i was reading the newspaper today when an interesting article caught my eye. seems like an American explorer found a lost city in Peru, which was once home of the Chachapoya warriors, who were the tribe that constructed the temple that indy finds the fertility goddess in (at least according to the west end games sourcebook - i don't know if the novel or the screenplay drafts mentioned them by name). interesting stuff...you can read the story at:
