I'm just barely 5'8" and about 170lbs. I have a few Westeds. They're all 42 regs. They all fit perfectly, especially after they wear in for a bit. Just make sure you get all of the measurements right. They need sleeves and shoulder, and neck size can't hurt either. They can tell what size jacket you need by your chest size. I just went with what they said, and it came out fine.
