The thing about not having an Episode II script sounds strange because he's said in interviews that he started writing the script little by little even before Episode I came to theatres, and once Episode I was already released he'd be working on the script full-time and have his Art team work out sketches (you know, who the people will look like and the costume designs, everything), and casting announcements is supposed to be happening sometime this month at the official site!

With the Indy 4, well let's hope they shoot the film anytime they can fit it in!!!
